By creating an account or using Grupou, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Grupou is an automation tool that allows you to schedule and publish posts to multiple Facebook groups automatically, respecting the platform's policies.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Provide true and updated information
• Have authorization to use the linked Facebook accounts
• Comply with Facebook Community Guidelines

4. Acceptable Use

You CAN:

• Automate legitimate posts in groups you participate in
• Schedule original or authorized content
• Use multiple profiles with authorization

You CANNOT:

• Spam or post misleading content
• Violate copyright
• Promote illegal activities
• Attempt to bypass service limitations
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Plans and Payments

• Subscription plans are billed monthly/annually
• Automatic renewal until cancellation
• No refunds after 7 days of use
• Prices subject to change with 30 days prior notice

6. Limitations of Liability

Grupou is not responsible for:

• Blocks or restrictions imposed by Facebook
• Data loss due to technical problems
• Business results from using the service
• Content published by users

7. Suspension and Cancellation

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, without refund. You can cancel anytime in account settings.

8. Intellectual Property

All Grupou content (code, design, brand) is our property. You receive only a usage license, not ownership.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms with prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Brazilian laws. Jurisdiction: Goiânia, GO.
